The best thing to do is to engage in some reputation management - get your name out there with the details you want and try to drown out the "bad noise". Also, if nothing bad about you exists (yet) on the net grab all available real estate and do preventative work - register with Myspace, Flickr, Youtube, Squidoo, Hubpages... anything you can get your hands on.]]></description>
