			<description><![CDATA[but I'm starting to get addicted to it. They (whoever "they" are ;-) ) say we all have a novel in us. Since most novels have at least a small biographical element to them, I guess my profession related blogs are amounting to a novel about my professional life. The added benefit is that my articles are enabling me to be seen as an authority on the subjects I blog about, which is, I guess, a reward for doing the necessary research. I haven't yet started a personal blog. I'm going to do it soon. It should get pretty interesting...]]></description>
